The east-facing terrace belonging to the unit, with an adjacent lawn, is generously sized and perfect for play and relaxation. A supermarket with a bakery and a off-licence are located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 30 m). A free parking space is available for guests of the house.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 4-ROOM APARTMENT SPANNING 2 FLOORS WITH 2 BATHROOMS, SAUNA, AND TERRACE
This lovingly and modernly furnished 4-room apartment, with a total area of 145 square metres, spans 2 floors and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. You’ll be welcomed by a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a terrace with a garden area.

The cosy living area is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open, modern kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven with a range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you step out onto the furnished terrace with a garden area, which faces east. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a lovely day at the beach.

Also on the lower floor are the first bedroom and the first bathroom. In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. A 39-inch smart TV is also located in the bedroom. Exterior roller shades are installed on the windows to provide privacy and block out light. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms. One is also furnished with a solid-wood bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a desk, a large closet with a full-length mirror, and exterior roller blinds; the other bedroom features a pull-out sofa bed (80 cm x 200 cm, extended to 140 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a 27-inch flat-screen TV.

The modern, tiled bathroom on the upper floor, which receives natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. The sauna and relaxation room are also located here, and use of these facilities is included.

On the ground floor, a bathroom with a soaking tub invites you to relax. A walk-in shower and a toilet with grab bars, as well as an accessible sink and wide doors, make the ground floor an ideal place to stay for people with limited mobility.

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.
  
All utilities, such as electricity, water, and heating, are included in the rental price. Bedding and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them in advance so that we can have the linens ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.

A parking space is available free of charge on the property. A coin-operated washing machine is available for use in the neighbouring building. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions.
