House Triton apartment 5: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach with south-facing balcony

This modern, welcoming 3-room apartment (approx. 85 m²) on the ground floor, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality wood-look laminate flooring, while part of the kitchen and both bathrooms/toilets are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and modern living room features a seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a sideboard and a wall unit.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, two stereo systems with radio and CD player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The separate and spacious kitchen-living area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A radio and CD player are also available here. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the sunny, south-facing balcony (approx. 6 m²), which is furnished with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

The modern and bright first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe.

The separate second bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The apartment has two separate bathrooms: the first bathroom features a modern glass-enclosed shower with a walk-in design (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, and a bathroom cabinet with a shelf; the second bathroom (with natural light/window) also features a shower, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rack.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the entryway (hallway) of the apartment, which features a coat closet and a large wall mirror.

If needed, a laundromat is available very close to your holiday rental (approx. 300 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in a bike rack next to the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
