Some board/card games and books are available for your enjoyment. Outdoor second floor balcony is pleasant on a nice day. Off-street parking for one vehicle available upon request and plenty of street parking. Smart lock app entry for easy check-in and check-out process. Kitchen equipped with cookware and utensils. Glass top stove / oven. Fridge / freezer. Control of the heat. AC window units installed only during warmer seasons (June-Oct). Very clean!

Please washed any used dishes. You may leave them in the drying rack.
You may leave the top blanket (comforter) on the bed after you strip the used bed sheets. Used sheets and towels may be placed in the provided laundry bin.
Make sure the door is latched closed when you leave so that it automatically locks behind you (in 5 mins). Simply leaving the premises by 11am is checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
