Wind down in this cozy two-bedroom, one bathroom upstairs apartment. A large living / dining room for small groups. Lounge on the couch and enjoy your content on the smart tv with included WiFi Internet (subscription services not included, you may sign in with your own). Some board/card games and books are available for your enjoyment. Outdoor second floor balcony is pleasant on a nice day. Off-street parking for one vehicle available upon request and plenty of street parking. Smart lock app entry for easy check-in and check-out process. Kitchen equipped with cookware and utensils. Glass top stove / oven. Fridge / freezer. Control of the heat. AC window units installed only during warmer seasons (June-Oct). Very clean!

Please washed any used dishes. You may leave them in the drying rack. Leave used living-room blankets on the couch.
You may leave the top blanket (comforter) bunched up on the bed after you strip the used bed sheets. Used sheets and towels may be placed in the provided laundry bin.
Make sure the door is latched closed when you leave so that it automatically locks behind you (in 5 mins). Simply leaving the premises by 11am is checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking on balcony allowed. Please use the ash tray.

Great host and location. The apartment had great space and was very clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but also located in an area where you can get in the car and easily get to things to do.

This place was clean, large, and very well decorated! My family and were in town for a comedy show and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and I'm so glad we did! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. Mike was very responsive and helpful with the check-in process as I was unfamiliar with the Wyse app. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Our host Mike was very nice and helped us with check in as we were not familiar with Wyze. He even helped carry some of our heavy bags which we really appreciated. The place was convenient to many of the venues we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable and the house was charming. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. The place was centrally located close to everywhere that I wanted to go, and I have to say the windows were perfect height for my dog to keep an eye on everything that happened outside.

This property was as advertised, a cozy little apartment. It was a perfect location for us. We were in town visiting family and it was very walkable for our stay. Quiet neighborhood which allowed for a great nights sleep. We traveled with our furry friend which made the walk ability more appreciated

We were very comfortable at Mikes apartment, had plenty of room and enjoyed the decor he had put together. We did have some difficulty managing our luggage up flights of stairs. We were unaware that it was an upstairs unit. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Mike was available to answer any questions we had and was very helpful with some of our goof ups trying to lock up using the Wyz app. Thanks again Mike!!!

This cozy cottage (upper flat) had everything we needed. I am a lover of old homes, so the old doors and wavy floors are too endearing. The window unit air conditioners are adequately placed in the bedrooms allowing for a comfortable sleep. And, the shower was nice and strong. Mike is easy to communicate with and makes you feel welcome.We will be back in a few weeks.. and will probably continue to choose this rental while we slowly transition from WNY to Mississippi.Elizabeth S.
