Palm trees swaying overhead, beautiful bougainvillea and other tropical flora are all yours in this large, 750 sqft, airy, one-bedroom cottage apartment. Main bedroom has queen bed, full bathroom, washer and dryer and big bedroom closet. Living room with a queen futon for extra sleeping space, new vinyl flooring throughout.

Full kitchen with dishwasher, new full stove and new large refrigerator, food pantry, coffeemaker, microwave. Sunny and breezy yet cooled by brand new split-air system. Lots of windows and natural light in all rooms. WIFI and smart TV with Roku and Streaming TV. Outdoor patio with table for eating and gas-grill plus a sun-deck.

Quiet Kailua upscale neighborhood. 13 minute walk to Castles Beach. 8-minute drive to Kailua Beach Park. 9-minute drive to Kailua Town Center. Kailua town is known for its boutique shops, great restaurants and artistic community.

Soak in the sun and barbecue on your wrap-around deck. Savor morning moments before you hit the beach.
