This 750 sq ft, second floor one bedroom, one bath with kitchenette, private lanai and private entrance is just what you are looking for. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood right on Enchanted Lake in Kailua. Wonderful tropical breezes, beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Drop a kayak in the water to cruise around the lake or paddle to Kailua Beach for an adventure! Two miles from Kailua and Lanikai Beach and 1.5 miles to Kailua Town. Parking WiFi, Flat screen TV, Induction hot plate, convection toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, full size fridge, beach chairs and towels. Please contact owner for availability. Why they chose this property

Most people don't even realize there is a lake in Kailua!!
Enchanted Lake is a private lake that funnels into a canal that runs out to Kailua Beach.
I grew up in southern California with a view of the Pacific Ocean. I may not have a few of the ocean from this house however, the views looking out at Enchanted Lake are beautiful and the tropical breezes that come across the lake keeps the property nice and cool.
