One (1) Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door of the dwelling and one (1) Ring camera is located in the carport area. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door and carport areas respectively when motion is detected. All devices will be on.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking: Two (2) parking spaces in the driveway (one covered by carport, one uncovered). Public street parking is available on Orange St. All are offered free of charge to guests.
This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
