Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place trash inside trashcan inside the garage. Community HOA will pick it up every Monday and Friday morning.
When leaving set thermostat to 60 deg Heat in the winter, 75 deg A/C in the summer.
Place keys back inside lockbox and secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
