I will start with the pros: The hotel is in a very good location. It's within walking distance to dining, shopping, and the aquarium. The room has been fabulously renovated and decorated. We also did not see or hear any other residents.Now the con: When we arrived the room, the first thing we noticed was a very loud sound. Upon investigation, it was the air conditioning unit, which is housed in a closet next to the bed. As it is the height of the summer, and the unit was not yet at a comfortable temperature, turning off the AC was not an option. I found it difficult to sleep with the noise coming from the AC.
