Condo was clean and as described. We had an issue with the gas fireplace and Renee worked to get it repaired quickly and kept us informed throughout the process. Would definitely stay there again.
The condo has excellent mountain views, was clean, fully stocked toiletries and at a good location. The condo was very nice. They even had fresh flowers on the dining room table.
This condo was in a great location not to far from down town and the scenery was incredible. The property owners were quick to respond and super helpful.
We found the living room furniture too broken down for the age of us. We struggled to get out of the couch and the chair once we were seated. Also all the steps were very challenging for us unloading and loading coolers and luggage. The view from the porch was outstanding and the drive into Estes Park was very manageable. The rest of the unit was nice. Renee was great to respond to all communication.
This rental was the best! We had 4 adults and it was the perfect size! The hot tub was the best part of our stay, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was so convenient!

Thank you, Donn! We're so glad that you loved the condo and hope that you'll be back to stay with us again!
We had a great time here. The condo is within 15 minutes of just about anywhere you'd want to go. AC is really loud but blows cold air. We are very happy with our stay, it was great. Hot tub was a huge perk!
Great size condo for our family, bath towels and pool towels provided, kitchen well stocked, good communication from owner, great location to get to anything in Estes or RMNP, AC unit is loud but worked well and was really nice to have, hot tub was nice to have, washer and dryer were also nice to have, nice big deck area to enjoy the beautiful views!Would have liked a better lock on back door (that goes to a dark area, I think by where other condo entrances are). Shower floor seemed dirty, beds were very uncomfortable (why I’m giving a 3 instead of 4 star). Living room couch was pretty worn out and also uncomfortable.Overall, a good stay.

Enjoyed the views of mountains
We enjoyed staying. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day hiking. Felt clean and comfortable. There is some construction on the side of the building.
Clean property, nice location, beautiful view. Could use hooks outside to Hang towels after hot tub. Could really use more outdoor lighting, it was very hard to see especially coming in law to location when checking in. Comfortable beds. Overall good experience.
We loved this property! Easily accessible to all directions of Estes Park. The only recommendations we would have is to upgrade the beds, and the family room furniture to accommodate more then 3 people to enjoy the space. The hot tub at night was an amazing experience. Just relaxing and watching the mountains.
Great location, helpful property manger, had all the basic necessities. Hot tub only went up to 91 degrees, bedroom lock was flimsy. Not recommended for female only travelers until bedroom lock is improved.
Location was nice, great views from deck, nice to have a hot tub, accommodations were clean. Would help to have more lighting on outdoor steps. Even with heat turned off the unit was very warm - too warm for the beautiful weather we had. Surprised there was no on-sight recycling option.

Thank you for your review. The unit is on the warm side and we are working on upgrading the AC window units. The HOA has a newly designated dumpster just for recycling. Estes is a small mountain town, and all trash and recycling has to be trucked a couple hours away.
Not much can beat sitting on a patio in the hot tub, sipping coffee and looking into the mountains! Overall the home worked perfectly for our needs. The beds were on the smaller side, but anything was fine after a day of hiking. The construction next door was not active - which was not a problem. The only downside was that noise traveled from the unit above - especially walking / shuffling - so that was relatively loud some mornings.

Nothing better than a hot tub and a mountain view. So glad this property was perfect for your needs. It was a pleasure hosting your visit to the mountains.
