This was a great property! The kitchens are stocked with premium cookware and lots of helpful appliances. The firepit was wonderful. We only used the pool briefly as weather didn't cooperate, but it would be more fun in warmer weather for sure. Lots of space for our large group (12 adults and 5 kids/babies over the 3 day weekend), fantastic common area in the larger house and lots of comfortable beds. The games in the basement were also a great touch. Very fun.We did have a few issues with minor things (a showerhead that fell down off the wall suddenly, a door on a bedroom that didn't have a regular doorknob) but overall it was a very positive experience. Also go to Scoop Deck to get ice cream if you stay here and get a flight of ice cream! It was awesome.

We took our entire family - my wife & I, 4 kids, spouses and 8 grandkids age 1-8. We came from Colorado, Oregon & Nebraska. I grew up in Kennebunk and wanted to show my kids and grandkids the summer experience in Maine. It couldn't have gone better. It was perfect with the 2 houses, the pool and all the niceties. The kids could run back & forth between the 2 homes with no fear of traffic since they are both on the same property. Shayna is extremely responsive and it was a great spot for our families. If you've got a large group and multiple families, this is an A option. 20 minutes to beaches in Kennebunk, less than that to Wells Beach. There a good golf course 5 minutes up the road.
