Loved staying here. Well-stocked kitchen, clean, and cute. Close to the beach and the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. Very safe and secure parking. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely little place! We spent two nights in cool, clean comfort while visiting Santa Barbara. With the beach an easy walking distance away, and a longer but lovely walk to Stearns Wharf and State Street, we enjoyed ourselves without ever having to brave the task of driving (unfamiliar road stress, anyone? )! It was great to have a comfortable place to come back and relax in. Everything was clean and well kept. The decor is nicely done and the kitchen intuitively organized. The adorable little bathroom sink and luxurious shower were nice added touches. Over all, it was a stay!

This a very cozy and compact place. Not an inch of space is wasted. It is close to everything, and the private wooden entry gates make the property secure with good parking. There is a little noise from the freeway, but is not noticeable when the windows are closed. It has a very well equipped kitchen with the cutest appliances - tiny fridge and freezer, adorable dishwasher, and darling gas stove and oven. With the exception of the temperamental microwave and buffering TV that the host was made aware of, this is a very good place for a couple or single person to stay when visiting Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Great communication, clean space, secure and easy parking, and location was great. Parking is behind a secured gate and in a designated area. Space was clean and comfortable for a family of 2 or 4 (in our case; 2 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant). I believe the listing has the bed as a king size, but it felt more like a queen. Host was great with communication and made the check in process very easy.

Great little studio with Queen room, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Clean room, nice small patio outside. Parking available in carport, under cover. Area is close to the freeway, but with A/C fan running we didn't hear any traffic noises at night to keep us awake. Bed was on the soft side, but slept well with busy sightseeing/beach days. Very close to East Beach area. It's across from Habit Burger and near some Mexican restaurants. Overall a nice place to stay if in Santa Barbara.
