Slip into Sunset is a 3bd 2.5 bath townhome in the desired Captains Quarters community of Carolina Beach. The main level has recently been remodeled with brand new kitchen, flooring, and furniture. The home comes with a brand-new 30 foot boat slip. Enjoy the day at the beach, spend time at the community pool that's just steps from the condo, or enjoy water activities off the dock. The ground level has a garage with storage and a back patio area with grass for yard games. Sunset views off the canal from your living room, master bedroom, dock, community gazebo or back patio/yard area!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

No towels, clothing or like objects shall be hung or shaken from doors, windows, walkways or decks of the unit.
The dock and pier area must be kept clean and neat at all times. Excess bait and boating material must be disposed of properly.
No grills or fire pits may be used on any deck or within 10 feet of a building. You can grill on grassy area in back or pavement out front.
