Slip into Sunset is a 3bd 2.5 bath townhome in the desired Captains Quarters community of Carolina Beach. The main level has recently been remodeled with brand new kitchen, flooring, and furniture. The home comes with a brand-new 30 foot boat slip. Enjoy the day at the beach, spend time at the community pool that's just steps from the condo, or enjoy water activities off the dock. The ground level has a garage with storage and a back patio area with grass for yard games. Sunset views of the canal from your living room, master bedroom, dock, community gazebo or back patio/yard area!

The dock and pier area must be kept clean and neat at all times. Excess bait and boating material must be disposed of properly.

No grills or fire pits may be used on any deck or within 10 feet of a building. You can grill on grassy area in back or pavement out front.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Each of my young adult children had their own space and there was ample space to be together. Close to the beach, enough chairs, umbrellas, etc for each of us. The view is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect—a block from the beach, walkable to the boardwalk, but away from the noise and chaos. The host is lovely and extremely responsive. We would definitely come back!

Our stay for 3 nights was excellent. There was enough room for our party of 6. The mattresses were not the most comfortable but were tolerable for this short stay. The location was great. We only had to walk 1 street over to the beach and my son loved fishing off the dock in the backyard. I loved the swing on the back deck, we spent a lot of time out there. The pool was still too cold to enjoy but looked clean. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Roku TV in each room was nice. Washer & dryer worked well. Neighbors were also nice :) Price was also fair and comparable to surrounding rentals. Host was communicative. Would definitely stay again!
