Single floor layout with covered outdoor living /eating area, firepit, large above ground pool, rowing machine, garage to store bikes, spacious area for boats and trailers. Panoramic views of the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain, lovely sunrises and quiet neighborhood. Close to Burlington, Plattsburgh, Montreal, groceries, farmers markets, parks, marinas, fine and family dining, live music, wineries, breweries, golf courses and endless outdoor adventures. We are very flexible with dates, just ask!

The house and property was well maintained and clean. A relaxing place. One could view the lake from the dining room table - it was lovely and peaceful. A great place for relaxing and resting with lots of amenities. A good choice for our week's stay.

We had such a great experience here. The house was absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you’d need. The property was wide open with a nice view of the lake while you swim in the pool or hang around the fire. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Aside from this, the islands were gorgeous and even better than we expected. The area is very well cared for and welcoming to guests. Beautiful farmstands, great food, lots of activities. Can’t recommend it enough!
