I don't have instant booking but I typically respond under an hour to confirm your reservation. This ensures your booking is confirmed and will have no issues with cleaning.

For long-term stays (more than 30 days) cleaning fee is $85 but I collect an administrative fee of $415 to cover additional cleaning. I have had too many long term vacationers not clean during their stay and I pay a lot of extra fees when that happens. You are expected to keep up with cleaning, remove trash, clean dishes, counters, wash linens, vacuum, etc. You know, like a responsible adult. If you leave the property in a clean condition and I don't incur extra cleaning fees, the Administrative Fee will be refunded.

This warm and inviting main level condo has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (bathroom adjoins the bedroom so you cut through bedroom to get to bathroom), living room, breakfast bar and eat in kitchen. It is fully furnished with 50" HD TV with Dish Network, Internet Access (25MB), fenced patio with BBQ, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Granite counters in Kitchen and Bathroom. Space saver microwave, dishwasher, electric range. Queen sized bed (IKEA 4 drawer under dresser) with comfy mattress, Full Sized Sofa Sleeper with upgraded IKEA memory foam mattress in living room. The building is smoke free but smoking is OK on the outside patio. We've added heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom to take away the winter chill! This is a nice condo. Perfect for a couple, small family or close friends looking to get away for some skiing or wonderful summer activities in Park County and Fairplay or in Summit County. There is a coin op laundry in the basement of the condo building. Go to "fairplayco "dot" us/events" for Local Events Schedule or Google Town of Fairplay Events (VRBO doesn't allow me to put url's on the site).

Pets are not allowed due to owners not picking up after their animals.

This condo was purchased by my grandmother around 1978. We used the condo to ski and have many fond memories of skiing with family and friends. We also enjoyed Fairplay during Burro Days and my mother loved Ladies Run. My family owns the condo now and hope to pass down the family memories of great winter days skiing and beautiful summer days at the many festivals in Fairplay. The photo is a picture of my other grandfather and grandmother, who were outdoor enthusiasts and always there to have fun in the outdoors any time of year!

Why they chose this property

In January 2012, there was a water leak in the unit above ours, so we decided to totally renovate the entire unit. The only thing that wasn't changed out were the doors! Everything is new. Kitchen with granite counters and heated floor, bathroom with custom tile work and heated floor, all the carpet in the unit, walls textured, new wall furnace in living room, new electric fireplace with heater, and on and on. All new and very nice!
