The individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments offer living spaces ranging from 39 m² to 69 m² and are fully equipped for 2 to 4 people. Most units feature a balcony or terrace. A reserved outdoor parking space is available for your car. Bicycles can be stored in the bike storage room. Nearby, you’ll find a well-stocked organic bistro, as well as Café Toka, the Klabautermann restaurant, and a Netto supermarket. The nearby Weisse Wiek marina and fishing harbour are also worth a visit. You can easily reach the centre of Boltenhagen via the newly built Meerblick Dünenpromenade or through the coastal protection forest, which connects to the Mittelpromenade. There are also good public transport connections.

The 3-room holiday apartment ?Mariannenweg 6? with a balcony is located on the 1st floor and has a living area of 69 m². The well-equipped apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a cosy living/dining area, a separate kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a bathtub. The beds will be made for you upon arrival. Handcart and outdoor parking space provided free of charge. No pets. No smoking.
You’ll be greeted by a comfortable living/dining area furnished with solid wood furniture. A cosy sofa, a dining table, a TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system invite you to relax and unwind. The separate kitchen is ideal for self-catering: a stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and much more are provided. You can enjoy your breakfast right at a small dining area in the kitchen and have your meals at the large dining table in the living area. During the warmer months, the seasonally furnished balcony—accessible from the living room—is the perfect spot to relax.
In the spacious bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you, and there’s a large closet for your holiday wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a closet, and a table. As part of the included services, the beds will already be made for you upon arrival. An ironing board and iron are also provided in the apartment.
