We had an excellent stay. Great access to the beach and while there was construction it didn’t affect our stay.

This place was awesome! It was very clean and the host was great with all instructions in checking in and out. The pool was very warm and super nice! The security was also very nice and kept everyone safe on property. Will definitely stay here again!

The unit itself is great. It’s well appointed. The views are stunning. However, there are so many challenges at this facility. The parking garage is extremely tight to navigate. Drivers are impatient getting in and out. The spot is on the 8th floor which means you need to plan additional time to enter and exit. The most frustrating part are the elevators. People were losing their minds waiting in excess of 30 minutes to get an elevator. Upon our arrival the elevators were not working. People were having to climb the stairs. To the 15th floor, that’s physically very demanding. I will never forget watching a family pushing their 80 grandpa up the stairs. Another challenge is that you cannot have guests on the property. We had family staying in a nearby facility and they could never come to us. The concierge desk was rude and irritated by questions. The HOA runs the building. The elevators must only get cleaned once per day so by midafternoon the elevators are slushy with sand, water, and muck. The front door of the unit is not very secure and needs to be replaced. For the price we paid the stay was disappointing.
