In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer holiday apartments of various sizes as your holiday home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 68-square-meter, 3-room “Seeseite” holiday apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. You’ll find all the amenities here, such as TV, radio, and DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a cot. The children’s room features a children’s bunk bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, newly renovated in 2015, is equipped with a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment features hardwood floors. This holiday rental is for non-smokers only.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person;
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

The “Seeseite” and “Seefreude” apartments are located directly across from each other and have their entrances in a quiet and secluded corner of the hallway. In addition, this area features another large window with a great view of the town, so that when you rent these two apartments, all 6 large arched windows together make the view of the town a dream come true.

The “Seegang” apartment is on the same floor. It’s the perfect addition to these two apartments if you’d like to holiday with up to 12 friends or 3 families.

On Weidenweg, you can rent a garage, provided it’s available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.

Baker, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
People with severe disabilities 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
