The charming apartment "Casa Lucia" is located in a sunny and very quiet position in the heart of Pieve on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and 2 televisions, while a baby crib and a highchair are available upon request. The apartment also has a garden and a large furnished and covered terrace with a beautiful lake view. Between the mountains and the lake stretches the green plateau of Tremosine. There are 18 villages: one on the lakeshore and the others scattered on an uneven plateau; bypassed by hills with an incomparable panorama, dominating the entire Lake Garda. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the first shopping facilities such as a newsagent, a supermarket, a bank, a post office, a bakery and some restaurants. The shore of Lake Garda is a 10-minute walk (650m) away. The Romanesque church of S. Giovanni Battista, Pieve's landmark, is a 6-minute (350m) walk away.

Just great :)

The apartment is very large, clean, beautiful and has a large, covered terrace. The view of Lake Garda and the mountains is just wonderful. The hosts are very hospitable, we felt welcome with our two dogs. Gladly again! What is important to know, you can‘t get up to the house in a sports car, a lowered car or with a deeper drummer, the driveway is far too steep. But therefor, the location of the house is great :)

Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.Dankeschön

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett,Aufmerksam und erfüllen jegliche Wünsche. Eine sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse. Zur Ortsmitte kann man gut zu Fuß laufen. Cons: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng und sehr steil, aber als geübter guter Autofahrer sollte es kein Problem sein. Im Haus selbst hat man viel Platz ,allerdings fehlen einige Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel ein Brotmesser, statt drei Weingläser vielleicht vier und einige andere kleine Dinge. Ich habe sehr gut in dem Bett geschlafen habe allerdings jede Bewegung meines Mannes mitbekommen. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön allerdings hat man keine bequemen Sitzmöbel. Schade ,ansonsten wäre es perfekt.

Ursprüngliches Italien, fernab der Touristenzentren

Pros: Tolle große Ferienwohnung mit fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Angenehm kühl im Haus bei mehr als 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Große überdachte Terrasse, Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, auch der Hund war willkommen. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Pieve. Ein großer Pool unterhalb der Ferienwohnung kann mit genutzt werden gegen Gebühr. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Bar des Vermieters auf dem Marktplatz. Gute Getränke und leckere Kleinigkeiten gibt es hier. Cons: Die Auffahrt zur Ferienwohnung ist sehr eng und steil. Nicht gut geeignet für große Autos. Es gibt aber einen Parkplatz unten in der Stadt Das sollte man aber wissen, wenn man in Tremosine Urlaub macht.
