The location was outstanding and the view was even better. Very comfortable, updated and clean. There was only two of us...so the unit was ideal for us. Not sure if the description noted it or not; but the unit does not have an oven...a cook top, microwave are all that we needed. Everything worked well and parking was easy and ampleVery relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The views out our balcony were awesome, and the unit was very clean and decorated beautifully , and we were blessed to have two full baths. We were disappointed in the refrigerator ice and water, both had a taste of cleaning fluid so we ended up buying our own ice and bottled water during our stay. The balcony door mechanism was difficult to figure out and lock, but it was ok. The ceiling fans were great to have. The kitchen was well stocked w/plates and silverware, pots & pans. Recommend getting a pasta strainer. Recommend a small 4-drawer dresser in bedroom, storage for our clothing was lacking. All in all a very nice place to stay and we hope to return someday

Very pleased with our experience and would happily stay here again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. While it is on the smaller side, it was the perfect size for us and would also work well for a small family. One of the best features is the beachfront location. There are rental umbrellas available nearby for an additional fee, and it's only about a five-minute walk along the beach to Wanna Wanna Bar, where you can enjoy food and drinks. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, it appeared to be fully stocked with all the essentials. The welcome kit was a thoughtful touch and included dish soap, a sponge, and laundry pods. I would recommend bringing a small wagon to help transport your belongings from the parking area across the street. Parking directly in front of the building can be limited, especially on weekends, so having a wagon was very helpful. Also, the covered parking spaces may be a tight fit for larger SUVs or trucks. The condo itself was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable. We were also impressed with the responsiveness of SPI Rentals, who were quick to answer any questions during our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would happily stay here again.
