Loved the privacy , water front property and pet friendly location in the country. Plenty of room for family. Hot water , cooking ready and modern appliances . Heat worked well for cold . Fresh flowers and plenty of pillows and blankets. Linens were very clean and fresh smelling. Nice deck. Beautiful overall even on a rainy day.

We had a lovely 3 day stay at Loon-r Landing! My teenage boys enjoyed paddling and biking the dirt roads, the dogs were relaxed and got to swim, and I had time to read and float. We went to Bread & Puppet for the Upside Down Circus, and had an amazing dinner in Lyndon at The Wildflower Inn (the most amazing spot to view the sunset from the patio). The house was clean and comfortable, and had all that we needed for our stay. Anne was welcoming and excellent at communication. As Vermonters we love and appreciate exploring different parts of the state, and the NEK is our favorite! We would def stay at Loon-r Landing again and will recommend it to others!
