Modern house with fantastic sea view

The house was completely renovated in 2020 with a lot of work and love and now shines in new splendour. The 56sqm living space is divided into bedroom and living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a "Wintergarten" with sea views. Next to the house is a terrace with a small outdoor kitchen and lounge furniture. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a 160cm wide bed. The kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking. The house is lovingly furnished. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away.

Perfect holiday home for two

This petite villa blanche is a perfect holiday home for two. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We spent most of our time in the winter garden or sitting under the elegant sun shade on the terrace, allowing our minds to drift out over the view to the sea. The area has lots to offer. We enjoyed walking around the Marina and eating at the great seafood restaurants in nearby Le Lavandou plus, if you have a car, there are many beautiful spots to explore just inland from the coast. Gabi is a fantastic host with great communication and made us feel very welcome. We hope to stay again one day soon.

La petite maison blanche est tres bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Équipements fonctionnel et complet. Superbe vue sur la mer de la terrasse et de la vĂ©randa. En 10 minutes Ă  pied de la plage de sable.Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© cette location au calme.

Ein kleines, charmantes Ferienhaus, modern, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt – gemĂŒtlich, privat und einfach ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Gabi war herzlich und unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Zum Strand ist es wirklich nicht weit, in etwa 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand von La Fossette – aus unserer Sicht der schönste in der Umgebung. Dort gibt es eine traumhafte Strandbar, die sich auch abends fĂŒr ein romantisches Dinner anbietet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben das HĂ€uschen auf Grund der zur VerfĂŒgung gestellten Bescheibung sofort gefunden und kamen problemlos in das Haus.Es ist liebe- und geschmackvoll Eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern.Von dort aus gelangt man in wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand von Aiguebelle. Wir hatten uns bei „Le Commodore“ Liegen gemietet.Das Umland von Le Lavandou bietet viele schöne Ausflugsziele, wie z.B. die Inseln Port Cors oder Porquerolles, die sich wirklich lohnen.Frau Schumacher hat sich kurz nach unserer Ankunft erkundigt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und alles mit dem Haus in Ordnung ist. Sie ist wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes erreichbar und hilft gerne weiter.Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung „Modernes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer“ stimmt zu 100%! Das Haus ist in jedem Detail hochwertig, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist mehr als perfekt und man ist tatsĂ€chlich in sieben Minuten am Strand in Aiguebelle - und der ist dazu auch traumhaft schön. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit hervorragender Aussicht auf das Meer

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick aus dem Wintergarten auf das Meer ist grandios.Man kann auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sehr schöne Wanderungen auf die nahe gelegenen Berge machen und von dort die verschiedenen Buchten ĂŒberblicken. Die Blumen an den BerghĂ€ngen waren in voller BlĂŒte. Auch der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Traumhaftes HĂ€uschen mit Meerblick und fußlĂ€ufig zum Strand

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem wunderbaren Haus von Gabi Schumacher sehr genossen und uns hat es dort ausgezeichnet gut gefallen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden. Die Boden- und Terrassenfliesen sind wunderbar ausgesucht worden, das Badezimmer mit der ebenerdigen Dusche ist mordern eingerichtet , die toll ausgestattete KĂŒche, der stylische KĂŒhlschrank, das Schlafzimmer mit tollen und hochwertigen Matratzen und Kissen, die stivollen Accessoires und Dekoelemente tragen dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohl fĂŒhlt. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der unverbaute Blick von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer ist traumhaft und man kann abends bei einem Glas Wein wunderbar diesen schönen Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die StrĂ€nde in unmittelbarer NĂ€he sind feinsandig und ebenfalls top! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war absolut freundlich und völlig problemlos. Fazit: Uns hat es sensationell gut gefallen und wir können dieses SchmuckstĂŒck uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

WohlfĂŒhloase mit Meerblick

Das renovierte kleine Haus in Aiguebelle bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Wintergarten und die kleine Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick aufs Mittelmeer laden zum Verweilen ein. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit tragen zum WohlfĂŒhlen bei. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit möglich.

nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans la petite maison de Gabi , parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e idĂ©ale pour 2. la climatisation dans la chambre Ă©tait la bienvenue avec ses fortes chaleurs , nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de dĂźner sur la terrasse bien aĂ©rĂ©e . la plage est Ă  300 mĂštres Ă  pied. je recommande vivement ce lieu charmant en tous les cas je l’ai mis dans mes favoris

Unser Urlaub im Juli /August 2022

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das HĂ€uschen ist wirklich sehr schön und hat Charme. Die Klimaanlage und das Badezimmer mit der großen ebenerdigen Dusche gestaltet den Aufenthalt zusĂ€tzlich sehr angenehm. Auch im Wintergarten sowie auf der wunderschönen Terrasse konnte man prima FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und gemĂŒtlich was trinken. Das haben wir fast jeden Abend gemacht und auch genossen. Insbesondere der unbeschreibliche Blick aufs Meer lĂ€sst SehnsĂŒchte aufkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt fĂŒr 2 Personen geeignet. Traumurlaub

Das Apartment ist modern, stilvoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, hat eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick und lĂ€dt abends zum Sundowner ein. Es ist rundum fĂŒr alles gesorgt, lediglich fĂŒr den Weg zum BĂ€cker bzw. zum Einkaufszentrum benötigt man einen PKW. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und auch mit der Vermieterin waren wir in einem sehr guten Austausch. Jederzeit wieder!
