TrÚs beau séjour.Ce n ai pas la premiÚre fois qu on vient a pramousquier Appartement trÚs chouette,propre,au rez de chaussée,30 seconde à pied de la mer,trÚs bon restaurant sur cette plage ,(il fais du pain frais le matin),une supérette a 5 min à pied.Juste des soucis avec les moustiques et certains voisins étranger (juste au dessus de nous)Mais séjour au top

Die Anlage wo sich das Appartment befindet ist super. Lage top. Wenige Meter zum Strand. Das Appartment selber wird fĂŒr 5Personen angeboten, aber dafĂŒr ist es zu klein. Man hat zwar die SchlafplĂ€tze, aber die FlĂ€che insgesamt ist zu klein. Wohin z.B. mit den Koffern? Der Esstisch wurde als AblageflĂ€che genutzt. Sauberkeit der KĂŒche miserabel, Ausstattung zu wenig. Zustand der Terrassenmöbel schlecht (wackelige StĂŒhle). Kein Sonnenschirm, also kein Schatten zur Mittagszeit damit man draussen essen kann.An den Fenstern einige Fliegengitter anbringen wĂ€re auch sinnvoll.Badezimmer ohne Abluft. Wenn 5Personen duschen im Sommer, kann man sich ja vorstellen wie sich das auswirkt im Appartment.Der Strand wird auch nicht gerade gesĂ€ubert. Zwar kein MĂŒll aber sehr viel Meeresunrat, an dem man sich auch piekt. War vor 3Jahren nicht so.

L’appartement idĂ©al pour une semaine de vacances Ă  deux

Le logement contient tout le nĂ©cessaire pour une semaine de vacances sans prise de tĂȘte, les repas pris sur la terrasse du petit jardin privatif sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables, la proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la superbe plage de Pramousquier est un atout indĂ©niable ! MalgrĂ© le cadre Pierre et Vacances et la proximitĂ© avec la plage, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu. Le logement est petit mais surtout mal Ă©quipĂ©, trop de proximitĂ© avec les voisins d’autant qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation et qu’il n’y a pas d’autre choix que de laisser la baie vitrĂ©e ouverte.

TrÚs mal reçus par la propriétaire, qui veut nous renvoyer chez nous alors que nous venons de faire 9 h de route, dit qu'elle n'a pas besoin d'argent, qu'elle a 3 agences immobiliÚres, que ce n'est pas normal de travailler le dimanche. Wohnung etwas unkomfortabel aber gut. Garten eher nicht.

Wir fanden den Urlaub hier gut. Ein „ Laissez-faire“ und Sonnenschein haben geholfen.. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern relativ neu renoviert und wirkt gepflegt. Die GerĂ€te sind gut und funktionstĂŒchtig, einige könnten sauberer sein, aber ok, man kann es ja selbst reinigen. Betten und BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher sauber und gut. KĂŒchenutensilien waren fĂŒr uns ausreichend. Ein Glasschaber fĂŒr das Ceranfeld fehlt, ebenso ein Bodenwischtuch. Die Gesamtwohnanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und der Strand prima. Kritik: Auch, wenn hier mehr Worte geschrieben sind, das Positive hat mehr Gewicht! Zur Wohnung: Kleinigkeiten wie Loser Papierhalter auf der Toilette. Langsam ablaufender Abfluss Dusche. Kritisch ist der lose Sicherheitsverschluss an der SchiebetĂŒr unten. Sollte behoben werden. Ambiente in der Wohnung: Wir mussten etwas umrĂ€umen, um Platz zu haben. Es ist sehr eng. Die konfuse Einrichtungsstruktur des Vermieters verschlimmert dies und macht die Wohnung etwas unkomfortabel. Guter stabiler Tisch auf Foto 3 (vor roter Wand) aber warum mit 6 StĂŒhlen. Mit 4 StĂŒhlen wĂ€re mehr Platz. Das wĂŒrde dann auch mit den 4 stabilen StĂŒhlen auf der Terrasse im Einklang sein. Es sind leider nur 3 der bequemen GartenstĂŒhle vorhanden. Wenn der Vermieter hier die Kritik beherzigt, wĂ€re vielleicht auch ein vierter Gartenstuhl möglich? Es gibt einen guten brauchbaren KĂŒhlschrank, aber leider hat der Vermieter versĂ€umt die TĂŒr so montieren zu lassen, dass sie komfortabel von der Kochnische zu öffnen ist. Das Lichtkonzept im Bad ist schlecht fĂŒr das Rasieren und Schminken. Es fehlt eine Lampe ĂŒber dem Spiegel im Bad. Zum Garten: Der Garten ist insgesamt gesehen groß. Es ist schade, dass der Rasen kaputt ist. Vor allem direkt vor Terrasse ist viel Erde, so dass man sehr aufpassen muss keinen Dreck in die Wohnung zu tragen. Ob die Bilder in der Anzeige dies widerspiegeln ist fraglich. Empfehlenswert wĂ€re vielleicht an der Stelle die Terrasse zu erweitern, weil der Rasen hier im Dauerschatten liegt und eh nicht wĂ€chst.

Top Lage, Top Anlage, Appartement etwas klein

Anlage wo sich das Appartement befindet ist top. man muss sich nur auf viele Treppen einstellen. Anlage ist sehr sehr gepflegt. Die Pflege beginnt auch relativ frĂŒh und man wird zeitig dadurch geweckt. Das Appartement ist gepflegt, aber etwas klein. Meiner Meinung nach max.4Personen. Wir waren 2Erw.+3Kinder und dafĂŒr ist das definitiv zu klein. Die Ausstattung gibt eine Belegung mit mehr als 4Personen gar nicht her. Kein Platz fĂŒr die Koffer usw. Oder der WĂ€schestĂ€nder ist ein Witz. WĂ€nde sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt von oben. Auch sehr unangenehm, nur ein Fenster zu öffnen fĂŒr nachts. Mit offener TerrassentĂŒr wollten wir unsere Kinder nicht schlafen lassen, daher sehr unangenehme Schlafenszeit bei den Temperaturen. Trotz Hundeverbot am Strand waren dort welche unterwegs, hat keinen interessiert. In der Anlage sind Hunde erlaubt, was sehr störend ist wenn dann beim Gassi gehen nachts/morgens rumgebellt und alle geweckt wurden. Ansonsten Strand sehr nah dran. Sauberkeit ist abhĂ€ngig von der Disziplin der Menschen. Wasser ist top, glasklar. Nur Vorsicht vor den Quallen, die sich ab und zu zeigen. Insgesamt ĂŒberwiegt der sehr gute Eindruck durch die Lage und die Anlage.
