Under new management, Has been a fan favorite for 3 years. Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in Lake Havasu City. Has a 2-car garage (winter only) & a heated pool. Features granite counters, adding a touch of elegance to the kitchen. For those with a motorhome or RV, the property includes hookups and a large covered side parking with a 12.5' clearing. The pool has an electric heater at $50 per day for short stay and a $150 electrical cap on 28+day rentals. The expansive covered patio is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, offering a breathtaking view of the lake.

*** We require an AZ state contract for all rentals. All rentals in summer are subject to electricity caps per contract.
