The home was lovely, everything was state of the art. The area was beautiful, downtown Seal Beach was lots of fun with many shops and great places to eat and drink. We were 8 people ranging in ages from 11 on up and all found fun things to do. We would definitely return.

While the house was very nice, it seemed a little early to rent. There were no window coverings, master shower was not working, garage window was broken, t.v. Set up in bedroom above garage not working, railing on top deck wires not to code.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you found the home nice overall, but we sincerely apologize that parts of your stay fell short of expectations. What you described is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’re taking your comments seriously. We’re addressing the items you mentioned, including the window coverings, shower, TV setup, and maintenance concerns, to ensure everything is fully completed and up to standard for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under much better circumstances.
