The room was great. The location was a little further from the beach than expected from the pics, it wasn't a deal breaker. I'd prb stay there again.

Very cozy, nice view from the balcony, and overall amazing price! The pool was so refreshing, and it was very convenient being close to restaurants and stores! Plenty of appliances for cooking, plenty of towels for when we went to the beach, and plenty of bed/couches if you wanted to bring your family and friends! There was also good parking around the condos. Overall great location and great vibes!

We just spent four nights here and feel the accommodations were in line based on the price point. The host provided everything we needed and was responsive when we had questions. The complex is dated and the common areas need attention but the condo itself was cute! It was clean and the a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable and we saw no bugs. That’s a win in my book. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean and families were having fun. I was grateful for the elevator too!

The representative photo of the property was taken somewhere else. I could not find where the photo was taken. This was an old hotel or apartment complex converted to condos, which appeared to be built in the 1950's or 60's? The first night we were there a painting or print fell off the wall, which scared my girlfriend. Also, there is a place next door that looks like an old Sonic drive-in, and it is a drinking, live music establishment. Which is great if you are not trying to sleep! The TV in the room could not be turned off once turned on. Also, you could not turn up the sound to drown out the music. This place might be fine for a group of 3 or 4, and you are just there for the beach or fishing if the price were lower. I would suggest they update their photo and price to match the establishment's image better. I was coming back from getting something from our vehicle and ran into another couple and showed them the way to their room. They did not seem impressed by the place either and asked if they were in the right place (probably because of the representative photo). They did have the proper code to get into the room, but we did not see them again for the rest of the weekend. The place did have an indoor pool (you must wear a rubber band to be in the pool). The host did not communicate well and only communicated the VRBO app. Room was clean but tiny and crowded, because all cleaning materials are kept in the room, including other linen. Converted hotel room.

Was not as described. Lots of info for what we had to do while there. Nothing to tell you how TV work (4 different remotes). Shower did not operate smoothly or drain well and was no bigger than a broom closet. Signed up for a 2 bedroom got a 1 room period. No place to sit in a chair. Stairs to second floor were almost vertical. This is hard on older people with any mobility issue. Condo updated but still showing its age. For what we paid most hotel would have been double in size and much User friendly.

Thank you for the review. We will be adding a "how-to" on basic TV operations in the Welcome Binder. Thereafter, all of your disapprovals are in the description and pictures, such as size, elevator availability, and creature comforts. Cleanliness, guests' needs, and maintaining the beach vibe are some of the focal points important to us. 🏖

We received a 111 credit making our final payment very reasonable and the communication with the owners was very good. The price was the main reason i gave the unit 2 stars as opposed to 1. There were some issues with the unit. The efficiency unit was very crowded and the bathroom and closet were all one big room. The biggest drawback was a humidifier in the bathroom. There were signs instructing us to empty the humidifier every 4 hours and upon arrival I emptied the humidifier (spilling a little) and I turned the unit back on. Two hours later we came back from the beach and the humidifier had heated up the bathroom so much that it was working against the A/C unit. There was some water in it again, so I emptied it, but never used it again. The unit was very humid probably because the condo complex has an indoor swimming pool. The owners may want to rethink the humidifier and the layout of the unit. The fitness room was very hot and humid.

Thank you for the feedback and is always helpful to better serve the guest to leave no stone unturned. Our apologies to hear about your experience with the dehumidifier. Dehumidifiers are emptied when the bucket is full and guests adjust it to their personal preference. Same goes for the air conditioner unit. Sounds like it was a hot weekend in CC. 🏖

Very clean and cozy! The building itself is a bit off putting but once you sent foot in the actual condo, it's so precious! I really enjoyed it! Didn't see any critter's, anything dirty! Worse the booking!
