The Space:

*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Before heading out for some sun-kissed skin and salty air, hop into the fully equipped kitchen and treat the whole gang to a classic breakfast to fuel up for a full day ahead. When the day heats up, throw on your favorite swimsuit and head down to the shared pool for an afternoon of lounging and the occasional dip in the refreshing water. For even more fun, simply walk over to the shore for a day of reading on the sand or make your way to the shared fitness facility to get a quick workout in! Returning to home base each night will be a treat, as everyone will love the cooling AC, free WiFi, and flatscreen TV awaiting them for a movie night!

When you and your guests have had your fill of sandy toes, head into town and try out some of the local restaurants that are less than a mile from the complex. If you brought the kiddos along, they will definitely want to check out Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park! Plus, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is the perfect place to watch the sun go down or cast a line out with the locals!
