AC worked very well as did the water pressure! We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, the Sound. Beds were comfortable! I hoped the house would have been more accommodating with internet (they have WiFi but the network connection actual NO internet connection!), we encountered dirty cookware, and floors. The rusty back gates lead to a disappointing and unkempt backyard complete with both weeds and astroturf. The dryer is loud and probably off balanced. I have stayed in many places over more than a decade and this needs some work. Overall the location and AC system made the stay a solid 6. Clean it up, offer internet service, you’re well on your way.
