Over all stay was OK. Access to pools and beach were good. Elevator access and their constant break downs were a pain. General upkeep on the room was a bit lacking.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Hope. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the access to the pools and beach, but we truly regret that the elevator issues and room upkeep fell short during your stay. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience, and it’s clear we missed the mark in some areas. Your feedback is invaluable as we work to improve our services and ensure that every guest feels cared for. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

4/10 Poor

Our stay started with an inoperable balcony door. It was after 11am the next day before it was repaired. There is visible mold in the air vents and the hall bath. The hairdryer in the master bathroom sparked then quit working. The exhaust fan in the hall bath doesn’t work at all. The microwave has a huge crack in the door. Have your tetanus shot up to date because dryer lint trap will poke and cut you every time. The a/c never truly cooled off as it should. The property grounds were terrible as well: elevator fire the day of our arrival that continued out of service the whole visit, literal chunks of concrete missing from the pool walls, a slide on the splash pad was inoperable and the lazy river was closed the whole visit due to a broken ladder.

Check in was a breeze, unit was exactly as described, host responded quickly. Pool was well heated and the play water area was a hit for my younger child. We are a family of four and we slept comfortably. We would definitely stay again
