THINGS TO KNOW

Crystal Shores West will be undergoing building restoration from mid-October through November 2026. Workers and equipment will be present during standard hours, and construction noise will be audible. Construction dust will be airborne and may be blown out of the work area by the sea breeze. Parking and walkways may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Amenity access may be limited or unavailable as needed. The condo has a very nice view and was comfortable and for the most part very clean. Only demerits prompting the lower rating are issues with the entry door. Upon arrival the code given did not work with the electric deadbolt. After a call with the property management I was able to get them to reset the code and was able to enter. When check out day arrived, the door became stuck to the point that a locksmith had to be called to open it since it could not be reopened from the inside or outside. Onsite property management could not assist and initial response time for

Nice condo

The condo was exactly as advertised! Amazing view, clean, comfortable and secure. The security staff were very friendly and even retrieved and returned a bag my daughter had left on the beach!

Clean for the most part. Bathrooms were kind of rusty old but I'm sure that is from all the salt water. We had a party of 6 and fit comfortably with the younger boys on the sofa bed.

Summer vacation

Beach was great the whole week. Nice and easy to get too and from. The only problem we had was the first day we were there one elevator was not working and trying to get to the room to unload all the stuff took forever.

Great ocean front location

The location is perfect but the condo needs a complete upgrade. All the furniture needs replaced or a deep deep deep cleaning as well as the carpet.

Great location.

Great location. Would be nice to have chairs and umbrella available to use to save the cost of renting each day in the beach. A new coffee pot was still in the box but would be a nice touch to have filters available. Also simple spices like salt and pepper.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Please please clean or replace the master bedroom carpet. It is VERY stained and dirty.
