I had a late arrival scheduled around 9 o’clock at night and we arrive to the property to see that it had no power and only that unit while the adjacent apartments have power. All the breakers were on. After calling and texting several times with no answer, I had to get a hotel room and pay double the price. The management company refused to give me a refund since when they visited 24 hours later there was power in the unit even the freezer was hot, showing that the power had been off for quite a while. I would understand if it was a power issue from the utility company, but since that property has a generator and the adjacent apartments at power, it seemed like they just didn’t pay the power bill for that unit and then refused to give a refund. I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life.

The exterior of the property is not attractive (wooden boards, landscaping and chipping paint ignored). The interior was attractive, however, the hall toilet overflowed onto the floor and water back flushed into the sink, we had to purchase a shower curtain because there wasn't one, the back room door would not lock and stayed open every night, a window handle was broken and would not open, a chair was missing the bolts that was to secure it to the frame. And, on our last night's stay, we were forced to move to a hotel because the electricity was not working causing the unit to feel like an oven with the air conditioner off. Many attempts were made to reach the management company to no avail. This management company only sent out computerized responses without any regard to our predicament. We even spoke to some cleaning people who texted management with no response to us. Looks are deceiving. We contacted VRBO who tried to help and we will see if they will fulfill their promises.
