Our home is in the gated, quiet community of Manors at Westridge North. Your home away from home.
Our home is spacious, with plenty of space to relax. It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen and two dining areas. Outside is the screened in private pool area for cooling off after a long day at the parks, or just relaxing, enjoying the wonderful Florida weather.

There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and food markets just minutes from the home.
Plenty of golf courses just minutes away.

The home has a formal living and dining room and a more casual family room/area.

Wifi is provided. Roku televisions in the family area and in every bedroom enabling you to log into your own streaming services.

The pool at the back of the property is private and screened in, it is in sun for most of the day. Deck furniture is provided for relaxing in the sun or having your morning coffee or breakfast at the pool side table.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is located in the center of the home with quick access to the pool area.

A laundry room is located directly off the kitchen.

The home is located in a gated community and well taken care of. There is a community pool as well as a fitness center located at the club house which is within walking distance.

Wonderful as advertised vacation home!

This was my first time using Vrbo and renting a house for vacation. This property was exactly what was advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay at this property in the future. Owners were available by text when needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, clean very spacious with everything you can need. Pool was a good size and pool area nice. We had no issues at all and relaxed into our holiday home easily. Really quite neighbourhood with community pool just along road from Highlands reserve community. We will use again if we return to Florida without hesitation.

We had great communication from the villa owners before our stay started, all instructions were provided for arrival and Cheryl was able to help us with a pack and play for our baby. Codes are provided for the main entrance gate and the villa. On arrival at the villa we were blown away, it’s a beautiful home with all the conveniences you could want. The pool was a good size and temperature and our family enjoyed swimming in it at all times of the day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities excellent. The location of the villa is close to plenty of shops and restaurants, Disney is also close by and Universal parks about 40 mins. The villa was in a great location for all activities and felt extremely safe.We couldn’t fault anything about it and hope to return in the future. We are very grateful to have stayed in such a great place.

The home was as expected, very clean, beautiful property upon checking, and I was able to get to the owners and maintenance about one and two issues that were fix literally immediately 10 minutes later I will come back again and again it was a lovely experience right in the heart of everything and everywhere we needed to go. The owners are in contact with you, the entire step of the way, and a very pleasant and kind.

Clean and Comfortable

The house, neighborhood and pool were nice and clean. It was easy to punch codes to get into the neighborhood and into the house. The house looked just like the pictures, which was one of the reasons we chose it. The pool was nice, relaxing and pretty private. There are quite a few options for rentals in the area, but we was very happy with our choice. Thank you to Jim and Cheryl for their attentiveness to our stay.

Lovely stay at Manors @ Westridge

Lovely stay at this villa. Its in a great neighbourhood in a gated community. The villa itself was excellent with all the essential amenities required. The beds were comfy, plenty bath & pool towels & great fridge freezer, washing machine & dryer. The only reason i havent given 5 stars was the pool & more specifically the cleanliness of the pool. I felt i would spend at least 10mins in the morning cleaning bits & bugs out of the pool....i had absolutely no issue doing this but in the book it said pool was cleaned once per week & we are fairly sure there was no cleaning done & i never once seen the pool filter come on. It wasnt a major issue as we were doing so much Disney but certainly by last day or so, the pool was pretty dirty & just didnt want to go in. Other than that i couldnt fault the villa & thank you to Jim & Cheryl for the use. They were both very nice.

Comfortable easy stay

We enjoyed our stay. Nice and cozy & quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Small home, all one level, but still lots of space for our family of 7 (kids & adults). Great for folks with disabilities. We were able to have a mobility scooter delivered as well. Enjoyed Disney, Busch Gardens in Tampa & Legoland Peppa Pig theme park in Winter Haven. Easy drive to all locations from the home. Disney took about 20-25 minutes (30 in bad traffic). Tampa & Winter Haven a little further, but no traffic. Loved the private pool. Just the right size for kids & stayed clean the whole time (we used net a few times to skim bugs but thats it). We did have to bring & purchase our own pool toys & floats though because home didn't have any. Also no game room like some rentals or kiddie toys, but we got our own so no problem. House was fully stocked with everything like towels, cleaning supplies & pantry items like foil, baggies etc (things we didnt expect). Definitely check before you shop. Great sleep on the sleep number bed in master bdrm too (neat surprise)! We NEVER needed to speak to the owners because we didn't have any issues, which was great, so I can’t comment on owner responses. We stayed 12 nights.

We loved our stay so much and would highly recommend this house. Cheryl had excellent communication through the whole process which I also really liked. The location was also great and had so many things to do nearby! I wish we could have stayed longer because I would have just spent more time relaxing at the house! :)

The Check-in process was a fool proof, (very detailed) fantastic house, the only thing that wasn't a major deal-breaker for us was the washer and dryer needed to be replaced, smelled like mildew. And the pool needed some cleaning. All and all I would stay there again!

The house is a beautiful one. Very spacious and clean. The furniture is very modern. The heated pool was a plus. The only downside was the internet began acting up.
