Fantastic location! We come to the beach for the beach, and it was fantastic to have such an easy walk to the ocean, and to also have such a great view from the big window. Fell to sleep to the sound of waves every night, and our kids were mesmerized by the waves and surfers. Also appreciated the clean-up hose out front, the hot tub, and the body boards and beach chairs that were available to us. Easy walk to restaurants (including our favorite, Oscar's) and a grocery store. Rooms were clean and everything was in good repair. The table even had room for all of us, which is sometimes lacking in smaller rental homes. Definitely recommend.

We have plenty of room supplies and beds for all 7 people (3 adults and 4kids). The place had toys and games, beach toys, plenty of towels chairs and the view will stay in my dreams for years! To top it off they had coffee! Highly recommend and will stay again!

The location? 11/10. The sunsets? 100/10! We stayed here for a girls' trip to San Diego, and the location truly couldn't have been better. Oceanfront, incredible sunsets, easy beach access, fantastic walkability, and close to just about everything you could need or want.That said, I think your experience here will really depend on what you're looking for.If you're a surfer, a young family, or someone who plans to spend most of your time enjoying the beach and exploring, this location is hard to beat!But if you're looking for a little more comfort, relaxation, or a luxury beach getaway, this particular condo may not be the best fit.The cleanliness could have been better, the couches weren't comfortable for lounging, and the bedroom setup was a bit challenging. You'll need to be comfortable climbing over your sleeping partner to get in and out of bed. The pillows and bedding could also use some attention, and the decor wasn't quite what we'd hoped for.We had a wonderful girls' trip and absolutely loved everything about the location. We just wish the accommodations had matched the incredible setting.Bottom line: Come for the beach, sunsets, and unbeatable location. Just know you're choosing location over comfort and amenities.
