Great location to all that Sawgrass has to offer. The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The host was super responsive in communication. Excellent stay!

Located in the beautiful gated community of Sawgrass TPC! Beautiful, well maintained home. Loved the airy sunroom and comfortable rooms. Close to golf and beaches.

The bungalow style home was adequate. We were very surprised that the master bathroom had no door on it. No privacy. Also some of the supplies were lacking. There was a minimal amount of flatware, knives and only one baking pan available. The property was very clean and though we did find some dead insects, we did not encounter any living ones. The mattresses were good. The pillows no so much. We had an issue with the fan in the Master bedroom and notified the owner. It did not work and it got hot at night in the bedroom without it. I would suggest that the owner add a few more beach towels as there were only 4 and being so close to the beach, we had to rewash them frequently. The internet seemed intermittent at times and we had an evening where we could not watch any television. Parking is on the far side of the building and coming in at dark makes it difficult to see because of the lack of lighting. We could NOT park 2 vehicles in that space. There was a good amount of laundry supplies, dishwashing soaps and hand soap. The trash can for the amount of trash is too small. It should be a normal sized can, not a mini can. Another suggestion for the laundry room is a drying rack. It would help with the drying of suits and laundry that you don't want in the dryer. The front door was patched rather poorly and did not make a good appearance. The area is quiet and peaceful with many walkways to explore.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean, the mattresses comfortable, and the surrounding area quiet and peaceful. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Several of the concerns mentioned in your review, including the kitchen supplies, beach towels, parking, lighting, trash capacity, and laundry accommodations were not raised with us during the stay, so we unfortunately did not have an opportunity to address them during your stay. We also have not received similar feedback from the many guests who have stayed at the property. Regarding the master bedroom fan, we appreciate that you notified us. We understand how frustrating it can be when an amenity is unavailable during a stay. The home is equipped with A/C which keeps the home quite cool, however we apologize the master BR fan was not functional. We take all guest feedback seriously and are continually looking for ways to improve the property and guest experience. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the cleanliness, mattresses, supplies, and peaceful location, and we will take the additional suggestions into consideration.

Beautiful, clean home! Perfect for our family or 4. My boys enjoyed chasing lizards outside and in the screened in porch. Easy to get to neighborhood pool and great proximity to beach, groceries, restaurants, etc.
