Perfect balance of feeling tucked away but also super close to all the shops and restaurants. The unit was so clean and well stocked with anything you’d need. If I return, I’d absolutely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Off the main area of town but within easy walking distance from center of town. So convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Very nice accommodations, clean and up to date.Would definitely like to stay here again.

Very clean and awesome property! Loved the amenity of the hot tub, it was much appreciated after climbing the Manitou Incline! Would definitely recommend and return someday :)

This property was close to downtown Manitou Springs, we were able to leave our car there and walk. Everything we possibly could have needed the host had. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very roomy and the living area was great. The plus was the hot tub! The neighbors were ok,

Overall, it was a good stay. Great location with a quick walk to downtown, easy parking, and easy check-in. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t quite what we had hoped for. We reached out to the host and, although it took some time to hear back, they addressed our concerns and provided a partial refund of the cleaning fee. I would stay again in hopes that the cleanliness issues have been addressed

Overall, a good stay and perfect location for an adventure in the mountains and Garden of the Gods. Kitchen is nicely stocked with staples and two coffee makers. We wished that we could open the windows in the bedrooms (they are painted/nailed shut) for better airflow at night, though there were fans provided. The hot tub was too hot (105) and had to open it to cool it down for a while before using. We didn't see a remote for the hot tub until we were checking out so maybe that would be a good opportunity for the host to have written directions on how to adjust the temperature. The keyless entry was a little unreliable and took a few attempts to open with the correct code every time.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Manitou Springs! Quick responses from owner, easy check in, comfortable beds, hot tub, well stocked kitchen and AC. What more could you want?? I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
