Other than a few cosmetic fixes that are needed from remodel errors, and maybe additional seating for living area, the house was excellent. It was perfect location, park right down road was great for two year old, and everything was clean and neat.

The house and location were great for what we needed; however, I felt as though the house lacked some overall personality. You could tell that it had been renovated recently, but was furnished on a college freshman's budget. Yes, there was a couch and a dining table, but overall the house felt empty.
