Home was lovely. The yard needed some TLC, grass was almost dead and the plants/trees in pool area need some love too. The house itself was very clean but the carpet was HORRIBLE! Pet stained everywhere, even torn up on the stairs. Would recomend reflooring with tile or laminate in future. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool.

From out of state working on a Const project. This felt like him and made being on the road manageable. Spacious and clean, the home was comfortable and was not short on any amenities. Would recommend to anyone.

Huge House

The house is very large with a variety of different bedrooms, and an awesome entertainment room with a projection screen and a huge couch. There are a few stains on the carpets, but aside from that it was clean.

Misrepresented the listing

We booked this trip to AZ to get out of the snow in Utah. The listing represented the home had a pool and slept 12. We certainly did not need 12, but it barely sleeps three. Also the pool was ice cold and unusable. The air conditioning didn’t work up stairs and the two twin mattresses felt like they were purchased at the dollar store. Home was clean and in a good location for what we needed. However if you want 1. A usable pool. 2. Decent sleeping accommodations for 3. Air conditioning. 4 a host willing to make your stay comfortable… I’d keep looking for another house to stay. I would not stay here again. We left the house super clean and re arranger our trip to be at the home as little as possible. Again…zero help from the host.
