Great newly modeled house. Spotless and well appointed. I would suggest window fans it was hot upstairs with no central air. Also being ear plugs the road traffic noise made it hard to sleep on that side of the house with windows open.

Hi Mark: Thank you for your input. We have ordered window AC units that will be available in August. We hoped that the ceiling fans would have been enough in the interim, but the unprecedented heat wave caught us off guard. Each room is equipped with an alarm that has a built in sound machine, so sorry to hear that you weren’t able to take advantage of that. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and were able to enjoy the upgraded amenities of our home. We hope that if you are in the area again, you would consider being a repeat guest. The Flynns.
