Tybee Dream: 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo w/ rooftop Pool
Come & stay awhile at `Tybee Dreams!` where your Tybee Island wishes will come true. This 2 bed 2 bath condo with a roof top pool is located in the Captain`s Watch Condominiums on the south end of Tybee Island. Located directly across the street from the beach, as well as the main attractions of Tybrisa St where you can walk to popular restaurants, bars, shops, and the pier! This condo checks all the boxes and brings the comfort of a home to the beach!
The space includes two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The master has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. The second bathroom is located in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall as well for guest use.
The main living area boasts a fully stocked kitchen which includes an ice maker, regular drip coffee maker, blender, and cooking/dining supplies. There is bar seating as well as a formal dining table as pictured.
Off of the dining room, guests can enjoy a patio with ample outdoor seating.
There is a queen size pull out couch in the living room to accommodate an extra 2 guests, meaning a total of 6 guests maximum can stay.
Upon arrival, pull in to the parking garage and park in the designated parking space for Unit 5. There is parking to accommodate no more than 2 vehicles. Any other vehicles must park in the metered street parking outside of the building.
There is an elevator as well as stairs for access to the condo, making it handicap accessible. Go to the second floor and the condo is labeled #5. A door code will be provided for keyless access to the unit.
PLEASE NOTE: The door code as well as the property address, and other information for seamless check in will be automatically sent to you at 4pm the day prior to check in.
