Holiday Apartment No. 9 at Strandvilla Krabbe is a one-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

One-bedroom holiday apartment No. 9 is located on the ground floor of the new wing of Villa Krabbe. The approximately 30 m² space includes a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing the lake. The beach is only about 10 metres away.

The spacious living area of your holiday apartment features a double bed (2x 80 x 200 cm) and a double sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm). From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces the lake. A flat-screen TV with a VCR and a CD player provide entertainment on “non-beach days.”

A wardrobe is available in the hallway.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

You can unwind in the modern, tiled shower room. The floor in your holiday rental is covered with designer flooring.

The Strandvilla Krabbe (Units 1–7) and the accompanying guest house (Units 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi (subject to change). A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property! A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Are you looking for a holiday right by the sea? The lovingly renovated Strandvilla Krabbe is located in the front row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998 with the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.


Holiday Rentals at the Strandvilla Krabbe


During the renovation, six holiday rentals were created in the Strandvilla and a total of eight in its extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of the apartments have a lake view or face the lake. All holiday apartments are one- or two-bedroom units.

Do you need Wi-Fi access during your holiday? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe car park. There is a bike shed.
