Holiday Apartment 01-2 in the Papillon holiday complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. <br><br>This modernly furnished holiday apartment, featuring a south-west-facing terrace, is located on the ground floor of Building 1. With an area of approximately 55 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a tiled bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday village.<br><br>A beautiful beach chair with a parasol invites you to relax on the secluded and comfortably furnished terrace. The living room features a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two people. For your entertainment, there is a 49-inch cable TV with smart features, a DVD player with various DVDs, and a hi-fi radio with a CD player and MP3 connection. The spacious dining table is also located in the living area. The living and dining areas feature Sylter plank laminate flooring.<br><br>The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Additionally, there is a microwave and a Senseo coffee maker in the adjoining room.<br><br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a box spring and topper, as well as a spacious closet. If needed, the bed can be separated into two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The window is equipped with blackout curtains, a pleated blind, and a screen. The flooring is laminate. In the hallway, there is an additional closet available for your outerwear.<br><br>The spacious shower room is tiled. A small storage room is located right next to the kitchenette. A fold-out bed is also available here if needed. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in Building 1. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. The beach is about 250 m away.<br><br>Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right in the immediate vicinity of the house.<br><br>Holiday apartments in the Papillon Boltenhagen holiday village:<br><br>Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.<br>Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
