Holiday Rental 10-5 at the Papillon Resort is a cosy 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.<br><br>YOUR "BALTIC SEA" VACATION RENTAL: Unwind and recharge on the Baltic Sea beach<br><br>Your modern and tastefully furnished 4-room apartment with a south-west-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor at the beginning of Building 10. You’ll reach the apartment via an outdoor staircase. The apartment has a living area of 70 square metres and spans two floors. It features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is just 250 metres from the Papillon.<br><br>You can access the sunny balcony from the living area. The cosy living room is furnished with a couch, a recliner, and a dining area that seats 5 people. For your entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a large selection of DVDs and CDs. You can also lose yourself in the numerous books. The interior staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic.<br><br>The bright kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The entryway is stylishly furnished with a bench and a coat rack. A small storage room is also available.<br><br>In the bedrooms upstairs, you’ll find a double bed in each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) as well as a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and blackout curtains. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a single bed (90 x 200 cm).<br><br>The spacious shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet with a window. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 10. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. The beach is about 250 m away.<br><br>Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
