Holiday Apartment 16-7 in the Papillon Holiday Complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This bright and welcoming 4-room holiday apartment with a south-west-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor at the beginning of Building 16. You can access the apartment via the outdoor staircase. The apartment, with approximately 68 m² of living space, spans two floors and features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday village.

You can access the furnished balcony directly from the living area. The living room features a cosy seating area and a spacious dining area for six people. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a selection of games and books. An internal staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic. The entire living area and the lower bedroom feature designer flooring.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

In your bedroom on the ground floor, you’ll find two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. Each of the two bedrooms on the upper floor has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both upper bedrooms have carpeted floors. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds.

For the little ones, a cot with a mattress and a high chair are available.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. The complex includes a small playground. One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade).

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in the park-like grounds. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
