Holiday Rental 01-6 at the Papillon Resort is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This 4-room holiday rental on the 1st floor, featuring a south-west-facing balcony, offers cosy accommodation for up to six people. The approximately 70 m² apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase. Spread over two floors, it features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday village.

From the living area, you step out onto the furnished balcony. The spacious dining area is located in the living room. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system provide entertainment.

The kitchenette is practically equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner stove, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. An internal staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic. You can store your clothes in a large closet in the hallway. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the lower living area.

In the bedroom on the ground floor, you’ll find two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are each furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a closet. The windows can be darkened with roller blinds. The rooms have laminate flooring.

The spacious shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in Building 1. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information:
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high in the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
