Your holiday rental No. 5 at the Hanse-Hof is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This approximately 40 m² 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features a west-facing terrace, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It is only about 70 metres from the beach.

In the cosy, tiled living room, you can enjoy your evenings with the flat-screen TV, stereo system, or DVD player. A comfortable sleeper sofa (120 x 180 cm) can be used as a place to sleep.

A high-quality kitchenette is integrated into the living area. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a microwave. Enjoy your meals at the dining area.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with ample storage space for your travel essentials. The floor is covered with high-quality designer vinyl. Curtains hang at the windows.

The tiled shower room with a wall-mounted toilet has a modern, high-quality design. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Hanse Hof holiday complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an lift. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m) are located inside the building. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in the apartment.

One parking space in the underground garage is available for each apartment. Max. height: 1.95 m.

The three-story Hanse Hof apartment building is located in the centre of Boltenhagen, about 60 m from the beach. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring one bedroom and a kitchenette integrated into the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking for a relaxing holiday. Of course, every apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

From the underground car park, both a staircase and an lift (cabin size 90x138 cm) lead to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground car park.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
