Your holiday rental No. 13 in the Goosbrink complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cosy, 48 m² two-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features a west-facing terrace that is lovingly furnished and fully equipped for your holiday. It includes a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 100 metres away.

The spacious living room is modern and very tastefully furnished. The high-quality sleeper sofa (with adjustable headrests, 150 x 200 cm) provides comfortable sleeping space for 2 people. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system provide your multimedia entertainment. A small selection of books and games is also available. Up to 4 people can enjoy culinary delights at the cosy dining area.

The well-maintained bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe with a full-length mirror. There’s plenty of space here for your holiday wardrobe.

The floors in the living room and bedroom are covered with high-quality laminate. Pleated blinds and curtains provide privacy and protection from the sun.

The separate kitchen features a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. Ample dishes, glasses, and much more round out the amenities. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Goosbrink holiday complex is located in a quiet area, just about a 20-minute walk from the town centre. An outdoor parking space for your car is available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is free for our guests.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Sehr gute Lage, nahe Edeka, Strand über die Straße, Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, Zentrum und Kurpark gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle gleich an der Straße. Super auch der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen. Nicht so schön ist das wirklich sehr kleine Bad.

Das Appartement ist echt mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Gebäude ist zwar schon älte..

Das Appartement ist echt mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Gebäude ist zwar schon älter, aber die Einrichtung wirkt neuwertig. Mit Ausnahme der Dusche. Direkt neben einem Edeka-Markt gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Leider muß das KFZ auf einer Waldwiese abgestellt werden und ist nach 1 Woche extrem dreckig und verklebt. Die Türsensorik war dadurch nicht mehr nutzbar. Bad und Flur sind sehr beengt, auch der Kleiderschrank ist schwer zugänglich, daher nicht für mehr als 2 schlanke Personen geeignet. Grundsätzlich aber eine gute Grundrissaufteilung. Bett super, sogar mit hochstellbarem Kopfteil.

Die Goosbrink Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der zusätzliche Abstellraum für Fahrräder oder andere Sachen ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es nicht die vollen Sterne, da in dieser Wohnung kein WLAN vorhanden war, was in dieser heutigen Zeit ein No-Go ist, zwecks Arbeit, Kinder etc. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung und die Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Nordic nur weiterempfehlen.
