Holiday at Haus Juliane! Just a few steps from the church square and a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, we offer 8 holiday apartments of various sizes for a relaxing holiday in Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome to Haus Juliane! We offer comfortably furnished holiday apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 45-square-meter, two-room “Strandidyll” holiday apartment on the mezzanine level offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment was partially refurbished in 2023 with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a holiday guest.
You’ll find all the amenities you need, such as a TV/radio and free Wi-Fi. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, and the bedroom features a double bed, a cot with a mattress and bedding, a high chair, and a changing table. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The holiday rental is for non-smokers only. In the garden, you can use your own seating area and enjoy the sun.
There is an Asian fast-food restaurant in the front building. Please note that noise or odours may occur during business hours.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

You’re also welcome to book one of the other holiday apartments in the same building—ideal for couples who are friends or families.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying person, only if the person with a severe disability has 100% disability and a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, local residents

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
- Dog/Juliane: €5.00 per night
