I’m a professor of United States history my passion for history is everywhere and I enjoy sharing that with guests. I love paddle boarding, living near the sea playing with my puppy and baseball as well.

Why they chose this property

Private driveway leads to main house and treehouse, completely secluded from main roads. One block from intercoastal waterway, and Halifax River and eight minutes from the beach!

What makes this property unique

The main house is currently 76 years old! The treehouse is quite unique as it views the bald eagle nest!
