Location, location, location! Located 2 miles to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 5 minute drive from Daytona Beach! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!

This Gorgeous Renovated House has 2 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom - One bd with Queen Bed, One bd with two Twin beds and a Sofa Bed on the living room. Up To 6 people comfortably!

This is a great Single family property. It's clean and new. The property is clean, orderly and well groomed. It does have a private fenced in back yard. The pull out couch is for small. perfect for young adults / Kidds. The reason for 4 stars is. This is one unit of a triplex. There are three triplex's. So it set up more like apartments. The description leaves that out.

House was in good condition but the floors were very dirty! Walking without shoes left socks and feet black did not walk around without shoes after first night. Had trouble getting WiFi to work. Only two rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights and 4 people very close to running out! Overall the house was okay.
