Airconditiong for hot summer days and heat for chilly nights. The screened in front porh is ideal for relaxing, reading, games and meals. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Bring the kyaks to Menemsha pond and enjoy paddling adventures. Bask in the wonderful sunsets of Menemsha Harbor. Access to Lucy Vinvent beach with a purchased beach pass. Ferry tickets available to purchase from host. Feel free to call us to learn about walking paths and places to dine and visit.

A sweet and cozy home. So close to center of Menemsha. A very nice screened porch and big yard. We loved staying here.
